针(zhen)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)液(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)天(tian)然(ran)气在(zai)生产(chan)、储(chu)(chu)存、汽(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)中的(de)(de)工(gong)艺(yi)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)、关键(jian)(jian)设备及安(an)全问题,通过稳(wen)态(tai)模 拟不同液(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)艺(yi)流(liu)(liu)程并(bing)通过敏感性(xing)(xing)(xing)分(fen)(fen)析进(jin)行(xing)参(can)数优(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),通过动态(tai)仿真(zhen)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)校核非(fei)正常工(gong)况的(de)(de)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing),建(jian)造氮(dan)气膨胀及双混(hun)(hun) 合制(zhi)冷剂(ji)天(tian)然(ran)气液(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)实验(yan)(yan)装(zhuang)(zhuang)置进(jin)行(xing)验(yan)(yan)证(zheng);在(zai)船体(ti)运动对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)液(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)艺(yi)系统影响研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基础(chu)上(shang)(shang),优(you)选并(bing)提(ti)出(chu)新型(xing)FLNG液(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)艺(yi),并(bing) 进(jin)行(xing)晃(huang)荡(dang)实验(yan)(yan)验(yan)(yan)证(zheng);液(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)天(tian)然(ran)气储(chu)(chu)罐蒸发(fa)率(lv)及分(fen)(fen)层(ceng)和(he)(he)翻滚研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),提(ti)出(chu)安(an)全储(chu)(chu)存判据(ju),并(bing)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)LNG储(chu)(chu)罐泄(xie)漏导(dao)致的(de)(de)蒸汽(qi)云(yun)扩(kuo)散(san)、火灾(zai)、爆炸等复(fu)杂灾(zai)害演化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)机理(li),以(yi)及LNG汽(qi)云(yun)扩(kuo)散(san)发(fa)泡控(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu),为储(chu)(chu)罐安(an)全控(kong)制(zhi)及事故应急方(fang)案(an)制(zhi)定提(ti)供(gong)理(li)论依(yi)据(ju);研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)不同LNG接(jie)收终端运行(xing)工(gong)况下(xia)调峰操作与优(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)节(jie)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu),提(ti)出(chu)LNG冷能(neng)(neng)梯(ti)级利用方(fang)案(an),LNG接(jie)收站预冷及奔习投产(chan)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu),LNG贫富液(ye)混(hun)(hun)装(zhuang)(zhuang)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)等;针(zhen)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)液(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)关键(jian)(jian)设备,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)板翅式(shi)换(huan)热器开展(zhan)晃(huang)荡(dang)条(tiao)件下(xia)入(ru)口物流(liu)(liu)分(fen)(fen)配(pei)(pei)特(te)性(xing)(xing)(xing),提(ti)出(chu)新型(xing)气液(ye)分(fen)(fen)配(pei)(pei)器结构,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)晃(huang)荡(dang)工(gong)况下(xia)塔器内(nei)部气液(ye)流(liu)(liu)场的(de)(de)影响和(he)(he)气液(ye)接(jie)触充(chong)分(fen)(fen)性(xing)(xing)(xing)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)传质性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)影响规律,分(fen)(fen)析LNG液(ye)舱型(xing)式(shi)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)晃(huang)荡(dang)的(de)(de)敏感性(xing)(xing)(xing)程度,提(ti)出(chu)晃(huang)荡(dang)的(de)(de)预防措(cuo)施,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)绕管式(shi)换(huan)热器降膜流(liu)(liu)动与沸腾传热特(te)性(xing)(xing)(xing)以(yi)及对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)海上(shang)(shang)工(gong)况的(de)(de)适(shi)应性(xing)(xing)(xing);针(zhen)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)汽(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)关键(jian)(jian)设备,设计FSRU 再汽(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)艺(yi)及中间介质汽(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)器,在(zai)此基础(chu)上(shang)(shang)进(jin)行(xing)IFV强化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)传热及海上(shang)(shang)适(shi)应性(xing)(xing)(xing)分(fen)(fen)析。
